Founded by Vyoone Therese Segué, Vyoone’s was born from a vision to bring expressive, thoughtful French cuisine to the city’s dining scene. A Black woman–owned restaurant, Vyoone’s reflects its founder’s rare interdisciplinary background as a pediatric geneticist, classical clarinetist, and chef — a perspective that informs the precision, creativity, and artistry found in every dish.
